Once you've completed the 7 Day We are Water Series, the 14 day is your next step to reaching your physical, emotional and mental goals. All together, once complete you'll have finished 21 days and BOOM! You are on your way for the bounce to become that thing you can't live without. We call it a healthy addiction 😉.

The challenge will include high amounts of cardio, with high quality HIIT, full body strength building and toning.
Most videos will be 30 minutes with some being as long as 45 min.
Feel free to break the videos up into segments or watch and repeat for a longer workout.
