This 7 Day Radical Abs Challenge is an intense program, designed to tone and define the muscles of the belly, waist and abs. The cardio will burn fat so that your body responds faster to the toning portion of the challenge.
We will guide you through this challenge to not only feel stronger and more confident in your summer swim gear; you'll have less or, even better, non-existent low back pain from these strengthening exercises.
You'll also learn how emotional stagnation may lead to held weight in the mid section. When we allow our emotions to flow, our body drops the weight.
