I just stared with the 30 day challenge yesterday and love the lift in my mood. I'm also hopeful to just keep it going because I'm shocked when we are on the last song. I'm having fun and love there is no crazy choreography as I'm no dancer.

I started 4 days ago and noticed my appetite has really decreased. Also⦠my cravings for sweets have diminished! Drinking a lot more water too! Thank you!! I found you when I was at an all time low and my anxiety was off the charts!! š¤ š¤

I signed up a few days ago.Ive just been doing random youtube videos but your content is so much more interesting.Im having knee issues and apparently rebounding is supposed to be gentle on the joints. Menopause got me pretty screwed up energetically and Im weak at having discipline with cravings for sweets. Hope I can keep up. Thank you

It will allow the muscles surrounding the knee to strengthen before going fast or pushing too much, you'll want to feel stronger and more balanced. Im excited to say I've just bought a year subscription! I've been bouncing for 2 months now and I'm feeling amazing! I used to lift weights and endured soreness and some pain at times. It has helped my knee pain. It has def changed my workout game! I have noticed quicker results in my muscle tone then I ever had with lifting weights! I can't wait to see more results as I continue my journey with you guys š You guys are amazing I love your energy and your positive words in all your videos. You guys rock! I am on day 10 of radical renewal, only been bouncing for about 3 weeks. I am loving the energy you bring but am finding it difficult to find that within myself. I have difficulty with concentration, coordination and i get bored easily all stemming from autism. But i want to push past these hurdles especially heading towards menopause!
I use to run...alot. But it always felt like I was beating up my body, especially as I've gotten older. I haven't run in probably a year. But I've been an avid rebounder for about 5 months. Well, I tried to run yesterday and the impact on my joints was terrible. My body kept saying "where's the bounce?" My knees and back hurt all day. I think I'll stick with rebounding. I get a better cardio workout, with strength training, without the impact. Absolutely Eye-Opening!
