Hi Rachel! I’m coming to Sedona and would love to attend a class you’re teaching. I have been bouncing with your online videos for about a year now. The only class available the day I’ll be there is an advanced class, will this be pretty intense? I’m feeling comfortable on the trampoline, I’m just not sure I’d put myself the “advanced” category. What would you recommend?
Hi Janell!
I love that you’ve been bouncing with me online for a year — that’s amazing, and I’m so happy you’re coming to Sedona.
Great question about the advanced class. When I label a class “advanced,” it usually means we layer a bit more choreography and move at a slightly quicker pace — not that it’s extreme or only for pros. If you’re feeling comfortable on the trampoline, you’ll absolutely be able to participate. I always offer options, pauses, and ways to make the class work for your body that day.
If you listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and modify anything that doesn’t feel right, you’ll be just fine. Many people who don’t consider themselves “advanced” still love these classes and surprise themselves.
If you want something gentler, I can also suggest movements to stay more grounded during class — just come say hi to me beforehand so I know you’re there.
I’d love to have you bounce with us in person!
Big love,
Rachel 💕
