Hi, I'm wondering what challenge you would suggest to an experienced rebounder who wants to build more muscle. I was looking at the Get Ripped, but wondered if that was a beginner challenge?

This is the exact challenge I would suggest.
This is not a beginner and we have had many of our members use this challenge repeatedly. Be sure and take your before and after photos :).
