RADICAL REBOUNDING MARCH MADNESS 30 DAYS AND BEYOND

This is the 30 day challenge that you have been waiting for….

From March 12th to April 10th you will be bouncing 6 days/ week on our all new 30 day challenge videos. Each day you will get a new video from Radical Rebounding. The classes will range from 25 minutes to 60 minutes. You can do the videos at your convenience throughout the day. ….. and on day 7, this is our rest and integration day but we will all be here together…. Because I will do live stream guided breathwork sessions via zoom. These 4- fifteen minute sessions will take place on March 18th, March 25th, April 1st and April 8th. Each at 10:00 a.m. Arizona time zone (MST).

After each breathwork session you will have a brief opportunity to share YOUR story and YOUR wins for the week with our Rad Challengers.

Our Radical community is all about supporting each other’s highest and best….come join our growing Rad crew on this amazing and life changing journey! Tell your peeps and let’s spread the Rad word far and wide.

In addition to the Rad trampoline classes, on March 10th at 4:00 pm Arizona time (MST), we are privileged to have a special guest lecturer, Dr. Jenna Blasi - discussing, How to set yourself up for success for this Challenge; Clinical nutrition and food guidelines; emotional and intuitive eating; mindset; rest; and sustainability via zoom (link will be sent).

Dr. Jenna Blasi has an impressive and extended background in nutrition and natural healing for over 20 years, and graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. After receiving her doctorate, she was the sole resident in Integrative Medicine at Yale University’s Prevention Research Center, Griffin Hospital, and University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Blasi was an instructor and supervising physician at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. She has been a guest lecturer on nutrition, homeopathy, and other areas of health at Yale University School of Nursing, Quinnipiac University, and Griffin Hospital. She has also taught healthy eating classes for cancer patients and their families at Griffin Hospital Center for Cancer Care.

Each and every day, you will receive an email from me with the day’s challenge, we will focus on exercise, stamina, stability, strength, positivity and of course PLAY!!!!

Each and every day, I will be sending out daily inspirations and guidance to keep us engaged and challenged.

In order to have Radical Results we must take Radical action. In addition to feeding our bodies with great fitness and food we must consider what we feed our minds. Throughout this 30 days I suggest reading a new book, on a topic you have been wanting to learn more about. Feed your mind healthy nutrition.

*The cost of the 30 day challenge is $90, the cost for existing Radical Rebound members is FREE. If you are ALL IN and want to commit to this challenge and the annual Radical Rebounding membership (where this challenge and all prior and FUTURE challenges are included ) the cost is only $222.22

This includes the ever expanding video library.
